This is a great tool to use during training - it will track distance and pace accurately - no guessing involved. Also it is ideal for long runs - especially in races to help keep you on pace - and to prevent you from letting your adrenaline take you out at too fast a pace.

After rigging a few faults to bring it to par, I can use it pretty well, but one it gives up the ghost , once way or the other, I will be getting myself a rear post bottle holder.

I'd say this is a great entry-level bike for the beginner triathlete who isn't totally sure they want to initially invest in a triathlon-specific bike. It's been great out on the open road with other cyclists, and has done me well in triathlon competition also, so it's proved to be very versatile. My only gripe is that it's probably not the best bike for trying to focus on one sport or the other (cycling or triathlons), and I feel like I'll be ready to upgrade to a tri-bike sooner than I was hoping. I'll definitely keep this bike around for my "cycling" rides, but I'll probably want something triathlon specific in the next year or so. In sum, I'd say if you want a versatile bike that is good for both cycling and triathlons (maybe you haven't made your mind up about the whole triathlon thing), then this is an excellent choice. But if you're pretty sure you're going to target the majority of your training specifically at triathlons, then just bite the bullet and buy a tri-bike.

I love this for a begginer item. I usually like all the bells and whistles when I buy things. But with this, it is important to be able to use and analyize the information given. Too much info can be busy work. This products does just what you need.

My favorite is rasberry, doesn't matter if it's cold or hot. Bottle is small enough for jersey pocket, but I don't recommend it in a running shorts pocket. Tasty & great on long ride n' runs.

So far I like the nuun tablets. As I mentioned, I need more tests to get a good read on how it works for me.
