Overall a great shoe. I'm going to get another set of newtons to rotate my shoes. Every time I rotate back to my old shoes now I'm not a happy runner. My feet feel "dead" so I find I'm not rotating the shoes very much anymore.

Get one and never worry about chain wear again. Just remember to use it. If $10 is better spent on other things, then learn to use a ruler.

For the money, a great light. A tad heavy (uses 4AAs) compared to those tiny lights that use 2AAAs, bu this light lets you see, the small lights only let others see you.

Good for those w/ allergies to the chemicals in the local pool. My post-swim sneezing has gone down considerably. The re-adjusting is annoying, but thankfully I don't need these for longer OWS, just local in-pool training.

Outstanding jerseys for those of us in hot, sun-blasted areas. Pretty much all I use these days.

Maybe I got a bad pair, but I've been using interchangeable lens sunglasses for years on rides (I do a lot of long-distance rides which involve night rides) and even w/ cheapo Nashbar house brand sunglasses I never had the issue of lenses popping out.

Shopping online right now is the perfect time to invest in the DeSoto line for 2013! Definitely an investment you will not regret! If you purchase the newer 2013, you will pay about $100 more for each item but with quality like DeSoto, you can't go wrong!

I got this cap because I was getting bad sneezing spells after swimming. It was recommended that I use a cap and a nose plug in addition to goggles to lessen this, and indeed the sneezing fits have gone way down.

A decent shoe but next time I will choose a different shoe for running long distance. The shoes do not come with the wireless adapter installed, it costs an additional $18.

In a world of ever-increasing shoe prices, these are affordable trainers for those looking at a mid-foot strike shoe. Time will tell on the durability, and longer-distance suitability.

This review was for the Eggbeater 3 pedals. I love them, just wish the cleats lasted longer.

I bought five of these over a four month period and they have become my all around training shorts. I use them as compressions shorts under regular shorts for running, spin classes, strength training, etc., and as swim jammers too. Can't beat the comfort or durability, even considering the swimming.
