Great trainer for anyone. Good bang for the $, strong, durable, and quite. Add a window and you are set for many hours of indoor winter training.

excellent clip less pedal. Never been a road rider so not sure how they would do, but couldn't imagine a mountain bike with anything else. I love how quick I can clip in or out if needed.

Great shoes! The jury is out on whether I'll buy another pair because $150-$175 is kind of crazy. If they were $100 I'd be swearing by them!

This is a great stand for the price. I was so sick of trying to clean my chain or make adjustments to derailers while trying to hold up the rear end and also having to shift and turn the cranks. This is well worth the cost. It's a sturdy stand that keeps the bike secure while you do what you need. I had my cranks spinning pretty fast and didn't have any issues with the bike wobbling on the stand.

So this is a LACED version of the VFF Bikila. They're all black with white laces and accents. The sole is the same as the Bikila. They were released in 2010, Europe only. I was willing to spend a little more to get them early, so purchased them from a U.K. dealer online.

Wow! I owned a pair of KSO's before, and loved the way those felt, but these were absolutely great with the laces. You could really tune in how they fit around the top of your foot.

The soles give great protection from rocks, etc...I was able to run across large gravel (careful of turning an ankle) without discomfort.

One word of note about VFF's and running. Make sure you start small with them!!! I cannot state this strongly enough. I made the mistake of going out on a four mile run the first time and was sore, unable to run, for two weeks. Afterwards, I did some 1, then 2 mile runs twice a week before I felt comfortable.

If/When they become available in the U.S. I would highly recommend these if you are in the market for VFF running flats. Well worth the investment.

I was getting serious numbing in the last place you want it. After noticing this seat on other peoples rides and some research, I made the jump. The seat has a huge gap so that your stuff does not have pressure on it. Problem solved immediately. I went from being completely numb and having no sensation in 1/2 hour on the bike, to feeling normal after a 3 hour ride with this saddle. I also found an additional benefit for me; this saddle made me sit on my sit bones, and I wasnt before. It took a few rides to get that area used to the pressure.
If you are having numbness you need to get this seat immediately. The side effects af the numbness can be permenant erectile disfunction.

I've used the Forerunner 110 and loved it but I couldn't use it in the water. The 310XT blows the 110 away in everything. My favorite feature is the virtual partner!

My first running shoes, cannot make a comparison towards others. But, I recommend it though, especially for off-road (rocks, woods).

Updated after 400k.
Updated after 600k.
Updated after 1.000k.

PHOTO: The green pair is the one with 1.000k, and the white ones are brand new (0k). I recommend these running shoes absolutely.

Great product but missing lap timer is a big drawback for triathletes.

Overall I would certainly recommend this bike to a beginner that is not willing to fork out the $$$ for the carbon bikes. I am partial to specialized bikes.

I love these! I am probably going to get the KSO's as well for running on the trails and general use. The Bikila's have done wonder in the limited time I have run in them with helping me find my natural stride. I run about 1.5-2 miles in them at a time about once a week (until an injury which is why I only have a few miles in them at this point). I plan on slowly increasing that distance in them and also plan on using these on the trails to see how they do there. As of now I have only used these on the road. I will definitely buy VFF's again!
