Value

Full carbon w/ Ultegra components. It wasn't dirt cheap but was a close-out sale price. I feel like I got good value for my money. (That's more of a comment about Mike's Bikes than about Giant - cause the shop is the one that discounted the bike.)

Appearance

It's blue. It's carbon. Need I say more? I really like the way it looks.

Customer Service

Bought this from Mike's Bikes in CA and it came with a life-time service. All parts warranted for the life of the bike and free labor forever. Dang good if you ask me.

Performance

I love this bike. It fits me well. It's a little less aggressive which works for me. It's comfortable and I feel good on it.

Strengths

It came stock with a triple which is what I was looking for. Full carbon.

I wanted a long-distance comfortable roadie and it fits what I was looking for perfectly.

Weakness

It's a little less aggressive in position than most of the bikes that people on here seem to be looking for.
