Performance

I am new to triathlons and to endurance training, but of all the gels and goos I've tried, this one digests better and seems to get into the system faster.

Strengths

Very pliable and not as much water needed to "get it down" Doesn't give you the rock hard gut feeling.

Weakness

You have to purchase through a direct marketing distributor, and it only comes in one flavor since it is so new.
