Ease of use
Mouthpeace was recently redesigned to be much more functional, they have added aditional velcro for securing tubing, bracket fits most seats, they informed me that they are working on unusually low rear of seat issue. The refil on the go cap has been improved as was the regular cap. Once set up it is easy to use on the go.
Quality of Construction
They have redesigned the mouthpiece to be much easier to use. The tubing, velcro, mounts have held up for 800-1000 miles just fine without having to tweek anything. I don't anticipate any problems.
Fit
If the mount for the water tube does not fit between the tri bar and the center support you can velcro it under the aero pad on the bar and put the tube up between the aero bars. It fits most bike seats, if you have an unusual bike seat (low in the back like mine) you can talk to them about it, they have been very responsive.
Comfort
Once it is all set up, it is the easiest way to drink fluids on a bike and pretty easy to refill on the go and holds 64 oz of fluid on the frame in an aerodynamic container.
Adjustability
The angle of the water resevour adjusts to most seats. Check to see if the back part of your saddle drops down really far. If you have any questions just contact them first.
Durability
Everything is holding up fine. I haven't had to do anything to it since I first installed it.
Value
With the upgrades to the previous equipment issues it is now a good value.
Appearance
Looks decent, they upgraded the quality of the graphic on the side, I have had people comment about it during races etc. "wow that's a cool idea."
Customer Service
After an initial problem with a lost email, they have been very responsive and personable. I had issues with the mouthpiece and they replaced it at no cost to me, very polite and helpful.
Performance
It has worked great for me over the past 2 months once I got it set up. I won't ever go back to using a camelback for the extra oz I need on long bike rides or to the many bottles to be juggled.
Strengths
64 oz of fluid on your frame you can refill on the go with the drinking tube right at your mouth. No need to move your hand off the aero bars to get a drink or change your position. Aero design of resevour behind the seat post results in minimal drag.
Weakness
If your seat leather drops really low it might be a tight fit, otherwise, they have fixed all of the areas of mine that were a concern.

Ease of installation
The unit will install fine on the vast majority of bikes, I mentioned a minor tweek you can do if your aero bars are very narrow. It takes maybe 10 minutes to get set up, then you are gtg from then on. They responded to each of my initial concerns and improved the product accordingly, you can't complain about that.
