Performance

For me, Accelerade is the best product in the "sports drink" class.

Strengths

I find I can tolerate fairly high concentrations of Accelerade in my bottles. Taste? What is does in my stomache? Consequently, I can get a lot more calories into the same volume as competitors products (ex. Cytomax, Gatorade).

Weakness

Because it contains protein, it does live a soapy reside on the inside of your water bottles. It's best to clean them - often -
