Ease of use
A lot of screens to get used to (but I guess I wanted the info). Buttons are REALLY hard to press while you're riding. I find it hard to unclip the screen from its mounting unit. There is no easy button to release it. You have to push down hard and twist. Because mine is mounted on a small little post off of the side of my tri-bars, everytime I do this, the post just rotates away from me.
Quality of Construction
Does seem like a solid unit. The screen as well as the speed and cadence sensor.
Value
Seems pricey for a bike computer, but I guess it is also a Heart Rate Monitor. If you don't already have an HRM, it is good overall value.
Appearance
I think it looks good.
Customer Service
Yes, they warranted my product. But it took a long time.
Performance
Out of the box, my unit had problems. Below 8km/hr, the unit would just shut off. Doing hill reps, I am "sometimes" going slower than 8km/hr, and I found this extremely frustrating. I brought it back to the store where I bought it, they checked it out to make sure it was set-up properly. (Meanwhile, the mechanic mentioned he had also experienced problems with this product). In the end, it was sent back to Polar (warrantied). It's back after 2 months waiting, and appears to work OK now. Sadly, this is not the 1st time I've been disappointed by electronic or manufacturing glitches in Polar products.
Strengths
Integrated Heart Rate Monitor and bike computer (with wireless cadence). Will report lots of data.
Weakness
Electronic/manufacturing glitches (aka the unit may not work properly out of the box).

Ease of installation
