"I love this bike. I don't know if I'm going any faster in my races (my old bike is a 2005 specialized allez), but I had the $ and am happy with this purchase.

UPDATE: Having more race experience under my belt, this bike is much faster (maybe 1-2 mph over 25 miles) than my Specialized Allez in a TT."cbird

Fit

Seat post is highly adjustable. Stem is 2cm too long and basebars are 2cm too wide for me. Luckily the aerobars are just right. It would be nice if you could custom order sized pieces like stem and basebar, especially considering my bike was custom ordered and bike fit is so important. Stem is minor, but I'm not dropping couple hundred more on diff base bar. Oh well, I'm in the aerobars 99% of the time.

Comfort

The bike feels great. love the carbon fiber, absorbs bumps and chip sealed roads

Adjustability

derailleurs and brakes easy to adjust, just like any other bike I've ridden. Rear wheel dropouts are adjustable. Seatpost is a pain to move up or down, but I think that's a good thing. Set it and forget it.

UPDATE: My seatpost fell during a ride. Luckily it wasn't a race. It's VERY difficult to move up, but pretty easy to move down. I've heard others complain about the seat post falling.

Value

Compared to every other tribike, the P2C duraace is a steal. Trust me, I did the comparison. I just don't like paying $3k, which knocks it down to 4 stars. Any other tri bike would start at 3 stars.

Appearance

I think this is, hands down, the best paint job on a bike out there (red in front, black stripe, and white rear. Frame shape looks good, but not as cool as p3, p4, transition, Felt's DA/B12 line

Performance

Solid, stiff, light, fast

Strengths

Cervelo P2C, factory duraace kit, Zipp tubular wheels

Looks great, feels great, shifts precisely, transfers power to the pavement very well. Great component set. I like the j bend vision aerobars.

Fit-wise, this was one of the best for me, out of the box. All I need is a shorter stem and I'll be dialed in.

Weakness

I hate the seat that came with this bike. Crotch pain followed by numbness, need I say more?

I think cervelo prob saved some money on the cheap wheels (shimanos) and bottom bracket. The basebar and aerobars are aluminum (not carbon), but very comfortable. If you strip the seatpost clamp bolts, you may have to kiss your $3k goodbye. Then again, the seatpost is so hard to move that it may not matter.

I'm a hill climber, but this bike is not. You can't have it all, I guess.

UPDATE: I'm now climbing hills faster on the P2C than my Allez with a triple chain ring. It took a while to get used to 2 chain rings.
