i gave it a four because it keeps teh back wheel really high so you have to use an optional climbing block or books to level out.

pretty sure you can only use for a road or tri bike i could be wrong.

Strengths

This is a great trainer i used tohve a mag and it blows it out of the water. the fluid technology really does give it a natural feeling power/resistance curve.

Weakness

just like all trainers you have to use their rear wheel skew to hold it in place.
