"I love these shoes. I am a fairly heavy runner (240 lbs) and these shoes are holding up fine to the punishment that I'm dishing out. I absolutely love them."Greshe
Fit
This shoe fits very well. I haven't had any problems with tightness anywhere.
Comfort
A very comfortable shoe. I resolved the problems I was having with plantar fascitis and because of that, I will purchase this shoe for as long as they make them.
Adjustability
After replacing the insoles with New Balance insoles, I did not notice any problems with the shoes.
Durability
The shoes are holding up fine after 150 miles. The only problem is the tear in the heel cup mentioned above.
Value
I can't put a price on the fact that these shoes were the single cause for me being able to get over plantar fascitis. They are invaluable to me.
Appearance
I have the silver and black version of these shoes and they're pretty cool looking.
Performance
These shoes have exceeded all of my expectations. After running in another brand of shoes for over 8 years, I made the switch to these and my running has improved greatly. After long runs, my legs aren't nearly as wiped out as before.
Strengths
Solid build, nice sole, stiff uppers, great looks.
Weakness
The tear in my left heel cup is the only weakness. I will buy these shoes again when they eventually break down.
Quality of Construction
Excellent build throughout the shoe. The shoe is sturdy and prevents heel rolling, as any motion control shoe should. The strings are an excellent quality and should only be replaced if you want to use Yankz or any similar type string. The insoles are very basic and you may want to replace them with better ones. The only complaint I have is that the heel cup developed a tear on the left shoe. I don't know how this happened but at that same spot on my foot is a blister. Otherwise, the shoe is solid everywhere else.
