Ease of use
Extraordinarily comfortable. It got me back on the bike after cancer surgery. I'll never go back to another brand.
Quality of Construction
Excellent. Designer Steve Toll used the best materials and thought through how to make the most comfortable saddle on the market
Fit
Excellent. Never ever a problem. I have had bike fits but the seat is easily adjusted yourself following simple directions.
Comfort
Exceptional. Words cannot express it other than I can ride a century one day and be ready for another tomorrow.
Adjustability
Easily done.
Durability
I have several race and road models, including the one I started with more than 20,000 miles ago.
Value
Very good value. Shop eBay and the Internet for bargains.
Appearance
Takes some getting used to but other folks ask about it all the time, so it must be eye catching.
Customer Service
Blackwell is very customer conscious.
Performance
I can't think how it could be improved upon.
