Ease of use
No complaints here.
Quality of Construction
Solid bike! No complaints whatsoever. With a little bit of tweaking at the LBS, she rides like a dream.
Fit
Had to do a little bit of tweaking to get the right fit.
Comfort
Very comfortable ride. Carbon fork and seat post keep the ride nice and smooth.
Adjustability
Very easy to change the seat height, base bar, etc..
Durability
Nothing has gone wrong in the 6 months that I've had it.
Value
Great price for the high end components that it has. I'd consider it a steal.
Appearance
Can't tell... You'll be going to fast for anyone to see what it looks like!
Customer Service
TREK is a great brand and has excellent service. Also, it's located in the US in Wisconsin.
Performance
A little slippage when changing certain gears. I'm sure it could be fixed with a little tinkering.
Strengths
This bike is quite a bargain for the price. It has high end components and quality manufacturing.
