"Absolutely awesome product and is my choice over both Record and Dura Ace for road shifting!"Daremo
Ease of use
One lever action for both upshifts and downshifts. A little confusing to think about, but very easy to actually do!
Quality of Construction
This is their top of the line model. It is fantastic
Fit
No issues at all.
Comfort
Better than Dura Ace in my opinion
Adjustability
Front shifter is a little less micro adjustment than I would like.
Durability
Still new, so no issues yet.
Value
Lightest integrated shifters on the market and less expensive than Dura Ace or Record.
Appearance
Gorgeous!!
Customer Service
Haven't talked to SRAM.
Performance
Like it a lot so far other than not having quite the range of fine tuning on the front.
Strengths
Crazy light, super crisp shifting, looks great, solid feel and comfort.
Weakness
Only micro adjust on the down shift on the front, not on the upshift. A little confusing if you are coming from Shimano, kept trying to hit the whole lever instead of the inside one only.

Ease of installation
Easy if you have installed shifters/levers before. A little tricky if you haven't as you need to adjust derrailleurs and brakes.
