Performance
Better than a normal sports drink such as Gatorade as it seems to quench the thirst better.
Strengths
- Taste better than Gatorade (Tropical Punch flavor)
- Hydrates better than other sports drinks
- No GI issues
Weakness
- Price is high for just a normal sports drink
- Quite a bit of carbs if you drink full strength, but you can always halve the dose and it still tastes ok
