"Excellent top for cycling and possibly running depending on the fit. Manages temperature well in both hot and cold conditions and even works well in high humidity."VO2Matt
Fit
The top is made to be tight, and tight it is. It is plenty long enough to ensure that it covers all the way down, even for tall people.
Comfort
The top is supposed to offer compression, and it does. I find the level of compression to be too restrictive for running, but it is perfect for cycling.
The goal of the material is to block UV and assist in sweat evaporation, thus keeping you cool. I've worn this top in various conditions, ranging from cold to warm and humid, and it does a fantastic job of temperature control. Even in humid conditions, the combo of enhanced evaporation and the reflectivity (it was white) kept me feeling much cooler then usual. In cold weather, it wicks moisture away form the skin to outer layers and acts as enough of a shield against the wind to help regulate temperature. It doesn't insulate in the cold, but it helps keep you comfortable throughout the entire workout (instead of cold to start and hot at the end).
As a cycling top, the compression does also serve to support chest and shoulder muscles to some extent. I have noticed lessened fatigue on long rides while wearing the top.
Appearance
The white color top is semi-transparent, which do tend to make your nipples stand out like high-beams.
Performance
It does what it is supposed to do and more. Truly an all weather product.

Quality of Construction
In terms of technical outerwear, the top is very well made. I have yet to have an issue with snags and all of the seams are double stitched.
