Performance

no problems and it shows no signs of having any after 3 months of continuous use by two peole. not a ton of use, but no signs of slowing down and no signs of any issues. great trainer

Strengths

solid trainer with great feel. easy to switch between two different bikes. good feel on the trainer. quiet as well, watching TV while on this is never an issue for us.

Weakness

cant think of any other than cost. 280 a lot for a trainer, IMO, but I wanted qualify and something that woudl last. this seems like it will
