"Overall a great shoe that is perfect for someone that already runs mid to forefoot, and still a perfect shoe for someone thats converting to the forefoot. I reccomend the trainer before hitting up the Distance. I've run every distance in this shoe including Ironman and free standing marys."tribullbutter

Quality of Construction

Well made shoe. I ran up Pikes Peak with this shoe... and is not a trail shoe :) I've never had any holes, etc.

Only shoe I've ever been able to run sockless in. Really breathable.
