"Overall, an excellent starter bike. I have yet to replace it as my general road bike, and am merely upgrading and adding components [within reason] for now. "gramby
Quality of Construction
Aluminum frame with butt joints. The welds are a bit on the sloppy side, but I haven't had any issues with it so far.
Comfort
It's got a relatively decent seat on it, but my Brooks B19 is actually more comfortable.
Adjustability
Honestly, I sort of wish it had a quill stem rather than the threadless stem, but it's not like I'd find many other road bikes built that way.
Durability
It's taken quite a beating so far without any complaints.
Value
Great starter bike. I'm quite sure I could have found something cheaper, but I have no complaints.
Appearance
Honestly - I just have a hard time getting past the aforementioned sloppy welds!
Performance
My chief complaint in regard to performance are its cornering stability [it doesn't have the tightest frame geometry in the world]. It also seems to prefer a tire a bit on the wide side [as it came stock]. Anything narrower than 23 really makes it squirrely.
Strengths
Low cost. Carbon fiber front fork [for shock absorption]. Value.
Weakness
Looks. I would have probably preferred Shimano 105 as the lowest end component. Frame stability at high speed.

Ease of use
Not bad, but aside from the Ultegra rear derailleur, it's 100% Sora. I upgraded the front derailleur to a 105, which made for a big difference in chain dropping and shifting accuracy.
