"Great value for someone looking to try clip-on aerobars.
Edit- Product name is Airstryke. (pardon my typo in the title)"Oldteen
Ease of use
For newbies- Like with any aerobar, handling is a bit twitchy if you're new to 'em. Ride it easy at first & you'll get the hang of it. DO NOT RIDE on your aerobars in a pack- bad form since you can't handle or brake as well as on the hoods.
Quality of Construction
Bar and brackets ares old, but arm pads could be better. Installation with velcro straps not the best system.
Fit
Suits me fine (6', 170#)
Comfort
Stable & comfy, although this is personal preference.
Adjustability
Decent length adjustment, but no width adjust. Hand position is elevated a bit, although this is adjustable by rotating the bracket on the bar. The flip-up arm rests allow you to use the bar tops for serious climbing.
Durability
Perfect so far, but really to soon for me to tell.
Value
Seem better constructed than any other clip-ons in this price range.
Appearance
Look good- not too radical.
Customer Service
No problems, so have not needed to call
Performance
Gain around 1-1.5mph at same effort vs riding hoods (20mph hoods= 21+mph on aerobars).
Strengths
Value, adjustability, flip-up arm rests.
Weakness
Arm pads could be better.
