Comfort

I use bungee-style laces and they work quite well.

Strengths

Great cushioning and stability control. I started running in the earlier version of these years ago to stop my shin splints. That didn't work (stretching and cross-training did). However, I stuck with the shoes because of the LSS recommendation.

Weakness

Wear down fairly quickly as far as the heel compacting. However, I have to say I am 185-185 lbs with a serious heel strike. I normally have to replace these after 3 months of running 20 miles/wk.
