"Another semi-hit from SkirtSports. A great idea, maybe not as attainable cuteness for average body types. I like the concept of a race number skirt, pockets need repositioning, snaps need rethinking."AdaBug
Quality of Construction
light weight material...just like runner shorts.
Fit
rated low because this skirt is SHORT, for those of us with some booty, it's a bit too short.
with the grip on the waistband + the grip waistband on the tri-short, it didn't sit well on the hips/waist, I was annoyed adjusting over and over.
I tried Transition Girl with the shorties and it was a bit better, though the longer inseam sort of negated the whole skirt effect.
Comfort
Allows lots of airflow.
Value
A bit steep for what it is, and I've not used it but for one race.
Appearance
Definitely cute. Made to be used in conjunction with the spankies, but as I mentioned above, it's SHORT, I was not, er, confident enough to wear the skirt out with only the spankies underneath.
Performance
I used the Transition Girl for my first Oly Race, it worked well enough, my husband had no trouble spotting me on the course. The pocket in the rear would be great if whatever was inside didn't bounce around 'causing the skirt's rear flap to flop about. I think I'll just go back to a race/fuel belt for the future.
Strengths
Eye catching, cute, fun concept.
Weakness
Too short for normal women.

Ease of use
Snaps are too easily lost, difficult to disengage---they did provide an extra pair of snaps to go with the skirt.
