Ease of use
Very easy, had to drive a couple hours to find a best buy that had it in stock (sale Price was better then Ebay) Charged it in the car on the way home. Strapped it on, and completed the set up and it was ready to go.

a little large, but its a GPS unit, and the 405 which is smaller was over a hundred dollars more.
Value
159.00 that's amazing!!
Performance
bought it on Sunday, its Thursday and i have put 40 miles on it with my bike, and 17 running. I'm not sure I would i could go back to not having one. Its like a Blackberry you don't realize how much they can improve your efficiency until you have one.
Strengths
everything about is great. The ease of use is probably the best part and i really enjoyed the alerts.

Ease of installation
Very easy, I did not use the Garmin Software, I downloaded SportTracks and have been using it.
