I bought a medium for a 31-32 inch waist. The waist is comfortable. The leg grip elastic is a little loose (maybe my legs need more time on the bike).

Customer Service

The counter guy was very chatty. Some of the other guys working there were doing more horsing around than anything else and there were other customers waiting to ask questions.
