Ease of installation

Very easy to install. You do have to take off the spare but really you only need to do it once.

Ease of use

Easy to use, once the mounting plate is installed you can leave it on. On my liberty I can even use my spare tire cover when the rack isn't mounted.

Seems to be good and sturdy. It hasn't taken much abuse yet.

Fit

I used the spacers on my Jeep Liberty it made the fit a lot tighter.

It is adjustable for left and right side mounted tires

Prior to purchase I contacted THULE to determine if it would work with my spare the customer service rep was very prompt and helpful getting the info I needed.

Strengths

Fits on the spare and allows access to the rear compartment.
