Ease of use
Easy in, easy out. Easy to get perfect fit.
Quality of Construction
Very sturdy and well built, but very light and stiff.
Fit
Plenty of sizes, they're shoes after all. Specialized offers extra-wide sizes.
Comfort
Shoes sized like real shoes, unlike some other manufactures which run their cycling shoes strangley narrow. Very good all around fit and comfort.
Adjustability
Easy to adjust to get the right fit.
Durability
Don't know yet, haven't had them long enough.
Value
Got them on sale, but the normal price is pretty stiff.
Appearance
Look outstanding.
Performance
Because the fit is so much better than my old shoes, and these are so much stiffer, they transfer power better and make it easier and quicker to unclip from the pedals.
Strengths
Excellent contruction, look great, very adjustable, very stiff and light.
Weakness
Price, but you get what you pay for here, a great shoe.
