"I've strictly been using them for recovery, though I don't use these to train yet. I've worn them overnight and they help speed my recovery from long runs (may be placebo effect, but I feel good after wearing them). Quality of Construction

The lycra bands on the foot and under the knee help keep these in proper position which is a nice perk.

Zoot and 2XU makes these same socks, yet charge double. What gives?

They're not flashy, but they get the job done.

Strengths

Weakness

Compression could probably be a little tighter, but since I have ginormous calves, they work perfect for me.
