"the new flavor of caffe latte taste great, the other flavors are also good. the latte does have 25mg caffeine that the others do not. this is a great fuel to get through long workouts and aslo use to refuel after "mac3116

Mixes very good even in the multi hr bottle mixes

Durability

hammer does say not to let the mix sit out in temps about 70 for more than 4-5hrs but they do offer ways to get around this, like freezing the mix for longer events

not always needing a full serving, i ofter use just one scoop. but long days still use 4-6 in one bottle

maybe some of the best fuel i have used, tried many and after i found this i have stuck with it

Strengths

the multi hr bottle mix. a 4hr 20oz bottle is the strongest i have made. also can make it into a gel or paste
