Performance

So far the performance has been limited by the runner not the shoe.

Strengths

I bought the shoe to provide a bit of support to my arch but did not want to move to a true stability shoe. This does provide a good bit of arch support and a nice heel cushion that helps with my Plantar Fasciitis.

Weakness

The shoe feels a bit thin in the forefoot, but this is insignificant because the support I needed was in the heel and arch.
