Customer Service

While changing a tire I notice what I thought was a very small (hairline) crack in the rear triangle. I took the bike into 2 different bike shops for their opinion and they both said it was just a seam in the overlay. Just to be sure I went ahead and sent pictures of the area to Kestrel customer support and they emailed and called me back immediately. They agreed with the overlay statement and even gave me a crash course on how the bike is made and why you might see a seam like that. They were very helpful in setting my mind at ease.

Strengths

Comfortable ride and has the dual position seatpost for road or triathlon setup.
