Quality of Construction

Not quite as good as my expensive gear, but a whole lot better than my comparably priced gear.

Customer Service

My first pair did not come with a drewstring (ok for running and riding - not swimming).

They sent me the ones with a drawstring, and they let me keep the ones without.

So I got a swim-cycle-run pair + a cycle-run pair for $30.

Strengths

Good quality for the price.

Weakness

many shipped without drawstring from what I have read on threads, but they corrected.
