Ease of installation

Bikes Direct local shop fitted and adjusted for me.

Jump on and ride! My first bike with clipless pedals- took a little getting used to.

Customer Service

I went to the local bikes direct shop and asked what the advantage was over ordering online, as online there is no sales tax and in the store there was. Two words: Lifetime Service. They also measured me properly before the bike was ordered, and fitted me correctly once it arrived and adjusted everything, seat, bars, etc.

Performance

They day I got this bike I went home and went for a 10 mile ride; my average speed went from 14MPH with my old 'comfort' bike to around 20MPH.

Weakness

No options as far as components go. But they're all good, so it didnt matter as much.
