Quality of Construction

Everything except the front derauiller has held up well.

Fit

I had a bike fit done and since then I've been much more comfortable on the bike and able to stay in the tuck for longer periods of time.

Comfort

It's a bit stiff and you do feel bumps quite a bit despite the carbon front fork.

Adjustability

The clamp-on Shimano Tiagra front deruailler is the worst part of the bike. It is VERY Hard to adjust and easy to mess up.

Nothing's fallen apart yet.

Again, good value for what you get.

Performance

It's pretty fast. I've managed to do a 40k averaging 21.1 mph with it, with the stock wheels and no aero helmet.

Strengths

Pretty fast. Good wheels and decent components (including aero bars) for the price.

Weakness

Not a true tri bike - has road bike geometry. External cables. A bit heavy (24lbs).
