Value is great.

Weakness

Beware of rear dropout. Oriented horizontally to allow rear wheel to fit into frame cut out. If rear wheel not attached securely, the wheel will slide out when you brake, lock up, and likely result in a crash. This could even happen during a triathlon! Don't ask me how I know.
