"The bike looks great, is light, parts are SRAM red so you can't go wrong, and very aero. If you have the money this is a great bike. "mjschmitz
Ease of use
Very easy to use
Quality of Construction
Very well built, frame is Felt's High Carbon and SRAM Red Parts.
Fit
Great fit for me. I had to go down a size to make it fit, but my LBS was able to adjust it to fit me perfect.
Comfort
Very comfortable ride. My body holds up longer then my legs now where on my old bike it was definitely the other way around.
Adjustability
Pretty easy to make adjustments
Durability
Very durable. Believe me I've hit about every pot hole in the rode and it's held up well, but it's only a few months old so we'll see.
Value
As they say you get what you pay for. This bike doesn't come cheap, but it is worth every penny.
Appearance
I love the look of the bike and I chose the white version so it somewhat stands out because it isn't a black bike.
Customer Service
Fortunately have not had to use this yet. Of course the few things I've needed my LBS has helped me out with.
Performance
It handles great, the crack is stiff, and over all the bike is fast.
Strengths
SRAM red parts, great frame, and with speed play pedals to round it out very good bike.
Weakness
Haven't found one yet. I think I am on the hunt for a new saddle from the Felt 3.2 that it comes with though.
