Ease of installation

Apart from gears which I will get adjusted, everything else fine.

Ease of use

Once you're over the initial shock of how light it is (and the perception that it might be fragile as a result), its an easy bike to jump on and get going. I had not had a road bike for 20 years so having the brakes so far away was a design challenge for me, but thats me rather than the bike.

Comfort

Extremely light and once you hit the sweet spot with the gears, it is very very fast. I took minutes off my PB on the ride home from work today without really trying that hard.

Adjustability

All can be changed as you'd expect. Cant see anything I would particularly change at this stage. Have just received 2010 Look Keo 2 Carbon pedals which I will fit next weekend.

Carbon so however durable that is over time.

Looks great, the carbon is very well done compared to others I looked at.

Customer Service

Wiggle.co.uk - didn't process my order for a few days, bike took closer to a week rather than the 2 days they advertised. No big deal but if you're keen to get your bike then days make a difference!

Performance

Very quick bike, the light weight takes some getting used to initially when out of the saddle

Strengths

Fast! Seriously quick bike compared to my mountain bike, what a difference first time I used it yesterday.

Weakness

Shimano Ultegra Sl gears need to be checked by the bike shop as they are hard work to shift easily. Just a bit of a tweak needed I think.
