Strengths

Great for a day of hard strength training. Tastes great, and improves restful sleep, and recovery. I can defiently tell a difference when I've had a hard workout drink this before I go to bed, I wake up my muscles feel good and I'm ready to go do it all again.

Weakness

pretty expensive and you don't get a large quanitity
