"I really like the interval setting for swimming, its simple to use and speeds up my workouts, interval alarm is easy to hear above or below water. A main set on my watch I can set up for 8x100 on 1:35, with :15 rest. Its like having a swim coach where I can focus on effort and not counting."nevergivin
Ease of use
I does take some practice setting up features.
Quality of Construction
Some scratches after 6 mos.
Fit
Adjustable rubber band, large size fits well and face is easy to read.
Comfort
Lightweight and good fit.
Adjustability
Adjusts easily.
Durability
Paint wears off, but overall watch takes a good beating.
Value
Very happy with all features, bought at fair price at Target!
Appearance
Basic and not too flashy.
Performance
Used during race, worked great.Exceptional everyday use during workouts and general tasks
Strengths
I use this watch so that I can interval train.
When I swim I can preset my interval lap time and rest time prior to my workout. I also use during races to time all events and at the finish I can push one button to store all splits in memory for later use like race reports. Many other functions that I use for everyday tasks.Indiglo and alarms very useful.
Weakness
None.100 lap Ironmans are the lowest level I would buy though.
- 4 people use

- 3109.5 miles / 506.86 hours logged
Ease of installation
Fairly easy although directions are very small.
