Ease of installation

Wraps around your leg, three inches above knee, and secures with velcro. Not too tricky.

Ease of use

It's great for short distances, but after 25 or 30 minutes of running, the neoprene on the inside of the strap gets slippery with sweat and it tends to slip down.

Comfort

Before the run, tighten it up so it's noticibly, but not painfully, snug. Once you're warmed up on the run, it's barely noticeable.

I've only been using it a few weeks, but no issues so far. My friend has had one for about a year and still uses it.

$20 price tag is about par for this type of product. I also like that it's available at my LBS and not just online.

Performance

After taking a month off of running from ITBS, I'm able to run again with virtually no pain. The only issue I've had was a slight pinch that went away within a couple minutes. So far it's been worth every penny.
