Value

I got a good deal at a LBS. I have seen some outrageous prices for this stuff. Look around before you buy. you can buy month, .5 month, or day supply.

Strengths

it did Minimize post-exercise muscle soreness. and i could tell my glycogen stores were refilled. I could go out long and hard. next day, a little sore but full of energy.

Weakness

I cant afford this stuff every month. when I first used it, it gave me diarrhea, so you might want to test well before any event, races included.
