Once they are set you're done. No more having to mess around with tying your shoes.

These are the most comfortable laces I've used. Completely eliminated the soreness I used to get on the top of my foot with conventional laces. Easy to get into and out of the shoe.

A little expensive for a pair of laces, but everything for triathlons is.
Appearance
I like the way they look on my shoes, plus the extra reflective material at night is also a bonus

Perform as advertised
Strengths
Eliminates the need to tie your shoes. A very comfortable lacing system, I've used them on short and long runs and was happy with the performance on both. Should also help to speed up T2 as I no longer have to mess with tying my shoes, just slip in and go.

Takes a little time to get them set up.

Ease of installation
Took me a few tries to get them laced up properly. I don't know if it was me or the somewhat vague instructions, but it took me about 15 minutes to do both shoes
