"In summary, the Garmin 305 has been a good investment and I have used it often. I have been pleased with the watch."rwestgat
Ease of use
Very easy to use. Tons of information and functions, but easy to use.
Quality of Construction
Very solid.
Fit
I was at 300lbs when I purchased the watch and it even fit me.
Comfort
Once it is on you nearly forget you are wearing the heart monitor.
Adjustability
Very adjustable.
Durability
It seems very durable. I have had no problems so far.
Value
The watch is a bit expensive, but well worth the money spent.
Appearance
The watch is large and bulky, but the display is eary to read while running.
Performance
Performs very well. My only complaint is that it is not water proof and so I can not wear it during the swimming portions of triathlons.
Strengths
The Garmin 305 gives a plethora of information and training functions.
Weakness
The price is definately a weakness as well as the fact that the cadence monitor and bike attachment are all sold seperately. For that amount of money, one would expect the product to be complete. The lack of waterproofness makes the watch limited in the swimming portions of triathlons.
