Original price was like $2,200, Got it during a Fall Sale for $1,200 also got clipless shoes, pedals, and a computer for $200 more. Great deal!

Customer Service

Got it a Philbrick Sports in Dover, NH. Great service, let me try several bikes in many different sizes and give a free 30 day tune up. They also usually have a 30 day return policy, where you can bring the bike back if you don't like it and put the value toward another bike. Didn't fit the bike to me, but it was such a great deal.

Performance

Compared to my old bike this thing makes me fee like superman. Climbs hills like they were not even there. I can cruise faster and have a smooth ride. The 105 gear set was much better than the others that I tried.

Strengths

Solid Construction, adjustability, Light weight, smooth ride

Weakness

Seat post started to slide down during rides, about an half inch. DIdn't have it fitted, so still trying to get it just right. Trim setting doesn't always work, but is still good.
