"Nice addition to the Hammer line. I'd suggest this for the longer rides, frozen, in a X4, X5 concentrate, and carry a second bottle for water only. It kept me from getting hungry for 4-5 hours. Also, take some Endurolytes for Sodium and electrolyte supplement."tritimmy

Ease of use

mixes at X4 concentrate, or along with vanilla flavor. Freeze this for longer rides. lumpy when mixed, but very smooth when thawed.
