Ease of use
Has a high and low setting for resistance. All other resistance is done by shifting gears on the bike. Very simple.

Spring-loaded design makes adjustability a non-issue.

Value
Got mine for 50 bucks off of craigslist so it was a VERY good buy.
Strengths
Haven't ridden other trainers, but it seems very quiet. Can easily watch a movie at a reasonable level. Quick install and automatic adjustability makes it easy to switch bikes.
Weakness
Can't really think of any weaknesses. It does everything that it should.
