Quality of Construction

First trainer I received had an issue with it, as the roller turned the resistance unit there was a grinding noise. I received a new unit from Kurt as a replacement and all was well.

Customer Service

First trainer I received had an issue with it, as the roller turned the resistance unit there was a grinding noise. I left a VM for support and sent an email on teh same day, but got no call back for 3 days so I called and got someone on the phone. they immediatley shipped an entirely new roller and resistance unit that day. So my only gripe would be the lack of response to my two original requests.
