Ease of use
The laces stay in place and make putting on your shoes quick and easy. The laces are comfortable. I used Yankz before and prefer the Xtenex laces now.

Ease of installation
Lace your shoes just like normal laces. The knots make it a little difficult to pull through the eyelets.
