Fit
It's custom - fit is great!
Comfort
Smooth and fast.
Adjustability
Plenty of Adjustability - not that you need it on a "custom bike"
Durability

Again - cracking bottom bracket with LOW mileage. Even if it is "only in the paint" GURU made no effort to fix, repair, help. How will I ever be able to sell this bike someday with a "crack" excuse attached....
Value
Spent a premium on this bike expecting amazing customer service and longevity in the product - have been disappointed on both accounts.
Appearance
Custom Paint! Great look!!
Customer Service
My local bike shop said they called GURU every two days for three weeks to get a response from GURU. GURU finally acknowledged them - and promptly provided the response noted above. SLOOOOOOW response time.
I emailed GURU personally and this is the official response:
--------------------
No, no need to worry. There is a bond between the carbon and aluminum and since it has a different flex rate than the paint, the paint can and does crack as it gets older and more brittle. Just verify that you can’t get your nail in it and if it is at the surface, clean the surface with some alcohol (to degrease it) and then apply some clear nail polish to fill in the crack so as to prevent any contamination that would make things worse.
------------------
Performance
Its fast - smooth - and fun to ride.
Strengths
Beautiful bike - fast - comfortable - custom!
Weakness
Durability is in question, as well as SLOOOW customer service. For a company catering to high end amateurs and Professionals, I have not been impressed. If I ever want to sell this bike, how am I going to explain the supposed "paint" only crack to a potential buyer.

I noticed a small "crack like" feature on my new Guru Tri-Lite when I was cleaning it. It is right behind the bottom bracket. I bet I have less than 200 miles on the Guru, bought it new from my local bike shop at the end of last year (2009). I took the bike into the shop, they shipped it back to Guru, and Guru says that it is "normal". They have admitted to a design flaw (involving bond-o) that leads to a crack in the paint at that location...and they will not repair it.
