"The cap size is 1 size but it can stretch therefore it might sit on everyone’s head differently. The beanie works great and it even keeps my head cool under my aero-helmet. Of note when you pour water on your head it makes the beanie even cooler unless of course the water is warm already. Even when you sweat it keep you nice and cool. I would highly recommend this beanie esp. if you work out in hot weather.
