Ease of use
The bike is amazing as is with SRAM components. The only reservation I have on the bike is the saddle.

WOW!!!!!
Fit
Once I lowered the seat and move it a little forward I have been in heaven
Comfort
Being Carbon Fiber saves my back so much pain. I am 300++ and I am so happy I spent the extra cash on the carbon!
Adjustability
There is nothing you can not adjust I love it!!
Durability
Being over 300 pounds I put any bike through it's paces. My bike is holding up great!!
Value
Worth every cent!! Finally understand why everyone told me not to be cheap with my bike purchase.
Appearance
I get people telling me how hot the bike is all the time. I love the Berzerker Green!!
Customer Service
Live voice every time I call. Plus big props to Cannondale as they are the reason I have this bike. I was looking all over the country for it and they helped me find one in my size actually here in Chicago that was purchased but the person never picked it up. His loss is my gain!!!
Performance
So I may be not the best judge here as I just cam off MB's into my first ever Roadie. But, all I can say is that it is very rare that I am getting passed.
